Sinong Wang is a Ph.D. student pursuing his Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at University of Texas at Arlington. He is supervised by Professor Kenny Zhu, a scholar who has made outstanding contributions in the field of natural language processing and knowledge engineering and the first member of Arlington Computational Linguistics Lab which is leaded by Professor Kenny Zhu. Sinong got his Master of Software Engineering from Northeastern University in China and Master of Science in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington.

Sinong is currently working on Animal Language Understanding and Processing and a graduate mentor for NSF REU Site: AniVoice. And also he is a Graduate Research Assistant affiliated with the CSE Web Master Group of UT Arlington and is responsible for the maintenance and development of CSE department’s internal applications.

Sinong loves cooking and stage drama. He played the lead roles in Volodya in Dear Yelena Sergeyevna and Sydney in Deathtrap as an undergraduate and graduate student respectively.

May 11, 2024 I start a week-long trip to Yellowstone.
Feb 19, 2024 I will give a short talk about Dog Language Recognition System Demo on the UT Arlington Student Computing Research Festival (SCRF).
